As part of their growing finance team, you’ll play a key role in keeping vendor relationships strong and financial operations running smoothly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process high-volume vendor invoices with accuracy and timeliness

    + Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper documentation

    + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively

    + Prepare weekly check runs and manage ACH and wire payments

    + Maintain organized AP files and ensure compliance with internal controls

    + Assist with month-end close and support audits as needed

    + Communicate with vendors and internal project teams to resolve payment issues

    + Track subcontractor payments and ensure lien waivers are collected when applicable

    Requirements

    + 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in construction or project-based industries

    + Strong understanding of AP workflows, vendor management, and payment cycles

    + Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Viewpoint preferred)

    + Familiarity with lien releases, subcontractor billing, and job costing is a plus

    + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
