As an Accounting Clerk your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Collect and accurately organize invoices from internal departments and external vendors.
• Input invoice details into the accounting system with a high degree of precision.
• Process payments by preparing, printing, and scanning checks.
• Maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to financial documents.
• Handle mail distribution and requisition office supplies as needed.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations for team members.
• Perform scanning and archiving of documents to maintain a comprehensive record system.
• Provide support for various administrative and accounting tasks as required.

Requirements
The ideal Accounting Clerk candidate will have:
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in an office role.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), QuickBooks, and Yardi.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Strong arithmetic and computation abilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and reasoning skills.
• Solid accounting knowledge with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with RealPage multi-family housing software is highly preferred.
