• What You’ll Do:

•️ Handle state and federal court filings (including CM/ECF)

•️ Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and subpoenas

•️ Compile and summarize depositions, discovery, and medical records

•️ Assist with case preparation for hearings, mediations, and trials

•️ Manage attorney scheduling, billing processes, and administrative tasks

•️ Work collaboratively in a team-focused environment

Requirements

• What You Need:

• 3+ years of experience as a legal secretary, administrative assistant, or paralegal

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

• Preferred: A bachelor’s degree, paralegal certification, or related experience
