Description We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Representative to join our team in a long-term contract role. This position is fully remote, with operations based in Pennsylvania, and requires someone with a strong background in HR practices and policies and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will handle complex employee relations issues, assist with daily HR operations, and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Address escalated employee relations and payroll inquiries by interpreting company policies and guidelines.

• Communicate effectively with employees and managers to resolve complex HR issues while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Support and enhance HR Shared Services processes, including identifying and implementing improvements.

• Collaborate with HR departments to ensure knowledge sharing and alignment across functions.

• Maintain and update department databases to improve resolution rates and team efficiency.

• Assist in evaluating workflows and recommend enhancements to streamline operations.

• Ensure regular, punctual attendance and availability for variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support HR operations. Requirements • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources roles.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.

• Proficiency in interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures.

• Ability to proactively address employee needs and resolve complex inquiries.

• Demonstrated customer service focus with a commitment to employee satisfaction.

• Familiarity with payroll and tax-related processes.

• Experience with database management and maintaining accurate records.
