Description

We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join a boutique law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will excel in supporting complex litigation cases and providing comprehensive legal support in high-stakes personal injury matters. This role requires someone who thrives in low volume, high-quality legal assistance setting.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure accuracy in all proceedings.

• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence, tailored to high-dollar litigation cases.

• Manage discovery processes, ensuring timely collection, organization, and analysis of evidence.

• Handle electronic filing (e-filing) of legal documents in compliance with court requirements.

• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for trials, including organizing exhibits and trial materials.

• Oversee case management tasks, maintaining detailed records and tracking deadlines using specialized software.

• Provide litigation support, ensuring smooth coordination of case activities and communication among stakeholders.

• Assist in navigating complex legal issues and facilitating solutions tailored to plaintiff-side personal injury cases.

• Monitor and manage case progress, identifying potential challenges and proposing proactive solutions.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on complex cases.

• Proficiency in handling discovery processes and managing civil litigation matters.

• Strong skills in trial preparation and legal research.

• Familiarity with case management software and electronic filing systems.

• Demonstrated ability to draft precise and detail-oriented legal documents.

• Expertise in providing litigation support for high-stakes cases.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment.
