Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Faribault, Minnesota. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to financial operations within the retail food store industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy while handling a variety of accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including timely posting and tracking.

• Process invoices and ensure proper documentation for financial records.

• Conduct billing tasks with precision and adherence to company policies.

• Enter financial data into accounting systems with a high level of accuracy.

• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to perform daily accounting functions.

• Collaborate with team members to support financial reporting and audits.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records for compliance purposes.

• Assist with other accounting duties as needed to support the department. Requirements • Proven experience in account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

• Proficiency in using accounting software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.

• Familiarity with invoice processing and billing procedures.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.

• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and external stakeholders.
