    Overview

    **Position:** Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA

    **Location:** North Aurora IL

    **Schedule:** Full Time

    **Compensation:** $24.00-27.00 per hour

     

    Our **RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy** outpatient center is seeking a licensed COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) to provide quality patient care.     Responsibilities

    + **Detail-Oriented:** Observe, note and report on the progress of long and short-term treatment goals and ensure proper documentation of patient care.

    + **Education:** Teach patients new ways of approaching tasks and how to break down activities into achievable components.

    + **High Standard of Care:** Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/procedures and applicable regulations and corporate policies

    + **Personalized Treatment:** Under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist, optimize patients’ functional abilities and skills.

    Qualifications

    + Graduate of an ACOTA accredited occupational therapy assistant (OTA) program

    + State COTA license (or license eligible)

    + CPR certification

    + Valid state driver’s license
