    Responsibilities:

    + Serve as a centralized resource solely dedicated to the efficient execution and oversight of work order administration.

    + Coordinating and managing all work order-related tasks to ensure timely execution

    + Maintaining accurate records of work orders while ensuring adherence to operational protocols

    + Serving as the primary point of contact for work order-related inquiries and escalations

    + Collaborating with planners, schedulers, and JLL personnel to streamline communication and administrative processes

    + CMMS data quality monitoring and management

    + POC for Maximo/WO for audit or inspection requests

    + Ensure correct documentation on work orders requested to be cancelled

    + Ensure compliance of CC, CE and AAE Work Orders before routing

    + Reviews AAE work orders and any attachments for completeness and accuracy prior to routing

    + May generate updates to CMMS records that do not require AAE WO per SOP-416279, as appropriate

    + Track cancellation, RTWOA and Post Work Statuses for timeliness Work Order Closure

    + KPI/Metrics Tracking and Management

    + PM Alignment/level loading and review of historical analysis

    + Act as site service manager for Maximo

    + Support Owners with Maximo data entry

    + Manage Work Orders Waiting Attention (Post-Statuses)

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree preferred

    + 1 year of related experience

    + Planning/ scheduling experience

    + Experience in Maximo or similar CMMS (computerized maintenance management system)

    + Experience developing maintenance plans for construction is a plus

    + Proficiency Microsoft office

    +  Fully onsite - Standard Business Hours (role will not rotate shifts)
