    •About the RoleReporting directly to theDirector of Finance, you’ll support the financial operations of IAHD by performing accounting duties such as general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting in accordance with internal policies and procedures.

    •What You’ll Do

    + Prepare and analyze balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, and accrued expenses

    + Assist with recording fundraising income and monitor budget to actual variances

    + Support budget development and financial planning

    + Collaborate with staff across departments to ensure smooth financial operations

    + Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all financial data

    Qualifications

    •Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

    + 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles

    + Understanding of journal entries, P&L, and fundraising income tracking Strong organizational, analytical, and written communication skills

    + Strong communication skills—both verbal and written

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate-Advanced level preferred)

    + A self-starter who is highly organized and detail-oriented
