Adecco is looking for Maintenance Technician! – $22–$25/hr + Full Benefits, Growth Potential

**Location:** Burlington, VT

**Pay:** $22–$25 per hour

**Status:** Full-time, Non-Exempt

**On-Call Rotation:** Approximately 6 weeks per year

**Reports To:** Maintenance Manager

• Ready to be the go-to problem-solver in a hands-on role where every day is different?

We’re looking for a dependable, solution-oriented **Maintenance Technician** to join a property management team. In this essential frontline position, you’ll play a key role in maintaining safe, comfortable, and well-functioning properties for our residents.

What You’ll Do:

+ Handle daily maintenance and repair tasks including: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, painting, drywall, carpentry, flooring, and more

+ Assist with preparing apartments for new residents

+ Conduct property inspections and report deficiencies

+ Support ongoing preventative maintenance programs

+ Collaborate with fellow maintenance staff and outside vendors

+ Complete digital work orders, reports, and logs via phone or tablet

+ Maintain safety standards and proper use of tools and equipment

This role keeps you active, engaged, and constantly learning.

What You Bring:

+ A professional, team-focused attitude

+ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

+ Ability to work efficiently with tools and tech (phones/tablets)

+ A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

+ Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule

+ Physical ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies

Experience in residential or multifamily maintenance is a big plus!
