    Collections Representative – Auto Finance (Temp-to-Hire)

    **Location:** Onsite in Arlington, TX 76018

    **Pay Rate:** $19/hr

    **Shift:** Must be flexible Monday–Sunday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM

    **Assignment Length:** 18-month contract with potential for hire

    Job Summary:

    As a **Collections Representative** , you will play a key role in helping customers bring their accounts current in a professional and solutions-focused way. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will be critical.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to delinquent auto loan accounts

    • Negotiate and set up payment arrangements with customers

    • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records

    • Troubleshoot account issues and determine best resolution options

    • Communicate with branch lenders and escalate problem accounts

    • Initiate credit reports, skip tracing, and payment processing

    • Ensure compliance with all internal and external collection standards

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 6+ months of collections experience (auto or home preferred)

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

    • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

    • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
