Responsibilities for an Alarm Center Representative include but are not limited to:

• Answer and place inbound/outbound calls related to alarm monitoring for fire, intrusion, refrigeration, and duress events

• Monitor retail, commercial, and distribution facilities across the U.S. while documenting all actions with precision

• Troubleshoot alarm system issues and collaborate with internal Loss Prevention teams and external emergency responders

• Perform duties in a high-stress environment with a customer-first approach and strict adherence to safety standards

Candidates for Alarm Center Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Previous call center and/or customer service experience required

• Must reside in Portland, OR and be able to travel to the office if needed (hybrid work model)

• Must have a wired internet connection (Wi-Fi not allowed), private/distraction-free workspace, and not be a primary caregiver during shift hours

• Must be available to work weekends and holidays, and capable of maintaining composure in high-pressure situations

• Pay: $ 19.00/hr

• Shift: 5 days on / 2 days off | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Weekly paycheck

• Equipment provided by employer (laptop, dock, keyboard, mouse, headset; monitors upon request)

• 2 paid 15-minute breaks per shift

• One-year renewable contract with potential for permanent hire

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
