Print & Mail Operations Supervisor
Pay Rate: $ 25.00/hour
Schedule: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM PST
Training: On-the-job training; must be flexible for morning and evening sessions
Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Mail Operations Supervisor to lead a team in managing the inserting, sorting, and delivery of USPS First Class mail and overnight services. This is a physically active, leadership-focused role requiring strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
+ Oversee mail production workflow and ensure timely delivery
+ Supervise a team of 15+ full-time and temporary staff
+ Coordinate production schedules and staffing
+ Maintain quality control and compliance with USPS regulations
+ Conduct performance reviews and coach team members
+ Manage inventory and vendor relationships
+ Ensure a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
+ 3+ years managing a production team
+ Strong communication and reporting skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Knowledge of USPS rules and regulations

**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
