What's the Role?
As a Talent Partner sitting in the AMER region, you will partner with the Business aligned Talent Partners, regional HR BPs/BAs and regional business leaders to understand the talent and leadership development needs to build leader capability and drive organizational impact for the region. You'll leverage the Talent Center of Excellence (CoE) for enterprise-wide resources and programmatic support and own the customization of Enterprise offerings based on business needs, working in partnership with the Globally aligned Talent Partners and CoE team
We'll Trust You to:
+ Talent Strategy
+ Develop and lead the Talent Strategy for the Enterprise by integrating business-specific insights and priorities from the functions and teams you support. This includes aligning talent initiatives with broader enterprise goals, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities within each business unit, and leveraging these insights to create impactful, forward-looking talent solutions that drive organizational success.
+ Shape and Implement Talent Solutions
+ Collaborate with the Talent CoE to align enterprise-wide priorities while driving the localization and execution of initiatives. Deliver bespoke strategic initiatives for where talent expertise is essential
+ Build Leadership Capability at Scale
+ Enable leadership and talent development by guiding initiatives that strengthen managerial effectiveness, cultivate high-potential talent, and foster inclusive leadership—ensuring alignment with business objectives and cultural context.
+ Enable Strategic Conversations
+ Facilitate leadership alignment and cross-functional collaboration through individualized engagements, team workshops, and organization-wide forums—designed to promote reflection, enhance clarity, and accelerate progress toward strategic objectives.
+ Adopt and Enterprise mindset
+ Collate themes and connect dots within region, with an Enterprise mindset
+ Be Agile
+ Adapt in a constantly changing and fast paced environment, juggle multiple priorities from different businesses within the region
You'll Need to Have:
+ Demonstrated experience navigating and thriving within matrixed, fast-paced environments.
+ Strong business acumen and the ability to connect talent strategies directly to organizational/regional goals.
+ Strong interpersonal, consulting, and coaching capabilities with an ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
+ Demonstrated collaborative approach, managing multiple partners and priorities
+ Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and embedding inclusive practices into talent strategy.
+ A balance of strategic thinking and operational discipline, with an eye for detail and a drive for impact
+ Extensive hands-on experience delivering in person and remote sessions, and strong facilitation skill
We'd Like to See:
+ Coaching certifications and/or experience advising senior leaders on talent and development.
+ Familiarity with tools such as Hogan, Insights, EQi, SLII, or other development frameworks.
+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making.

Salary Range = 180000 - 215000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
