Principal Accountabilities
+ **Create & Optimize:** Program CNC machines for new and existing parts, focusing on prototypes and high-precision components.
+ **Innovate:** Design and manufacture advanced fixtures, custom tool holders, cutters, and work-holding solutions—automated or manual.
+ **Lead Projects:** Own the process from start to finish—programming, setup, troubleshooting, and production.
+ **Collaborate:** Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure a timely and successful job completion.
+ **Inspect & Improve:** Perform first article and in-process inspections using manual gauges; make real-time program edits to resolve issues.
+ **Document & Track:** Use ERP software to log job details and time, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
+ **Maintain Excellence:** Support safety, 5S, and quality standards while keeping your workspace clean and organized.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience
+ **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in CNC machining, blueprint reading, manual inspection, and program writing/revision.
+ **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in SolidWorks, Mastercam, and 5-axis programming and operation.
+ **Hands-On Ability:** Skilled in setup and operation of 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines.
+ **Physical Readiness:** Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
+ **Leadership Potential:** Experience as a machining lead is a strong plus.
