    + Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 an hour, DOE

    + Location: Medford, OR. (Hybrid)

     

    DFC Loan Services Administrator I

     

    The DFC Loan Services Administrator I will possess an understanding for ensuring all transactions are accurate, completed and processed in a timely manner. This individual plays an important supporting role to all other departments in the company.

    Responsibilities

    + Apply check payments in loan management system and check log

    + Perform daily electronic check deposits

    + Complete Loan closeout process and mail required documentation

    + Prepare vendor check requests for Corporate AP

    + Perform loan payment reapplications in loan management system

    + Prepare outbound mail for delivery

    + Scan documents and save in shared folders

    + Retrieve mail, distribute to departments and log returned mail in loan management system

    + Other duties as assigned

     

    Skills and Qualifications

     

    + Prior data entry experience is preferred

    + Strong attention to detail with accuracy

    + Sense of urgency

    + Excellent communication

    + PC skills including knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Windows, etc.)

    + Prior office or bookkeeping experience is preferred
