    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Insurance Coordinator** to join our dynamic team. This **office-based position-located conveniently in the Perimeter Mall area** -offers **occasional remote flexibility after onboarding** . The ideal candidate will play a vital role in **managing** **all aspects of client insurance programs** , including property, liability, workers' compensation, professional liability, and cyber coverage.     What You'll Do:

    + Serve as the liaison between Synergy clients and insurance brokers

    + Coordinate and process applications, renewals, and claims

    + Maintain organized records to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements

    + Provide ongoing support to clients regarding coverage questions, policy updates, and claim filings

    + Track and report on policy metrics, renewals, and changes

    + Support operational risk management with policy development and documentation

    What You Bring:

    + Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred

    + 2-4 years of experience in insurance or a related field

    + Strong knowledge of insurance policies and regulatory requirements

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

    + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

    + A detail-oriented, independent work ethic with the ability to collaborate
