    NOW HIRING: Healthcare Consultant (Case Management Coordinator)

     

    Pay Range: $30–$31/hr.

    Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST | Flexibility required

    Make a real impact from home by supporting children and families across Kentucky. Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring Healthcare Consultants for a national client. This is a remote, case management role with long-term potential.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Assess member needs and develop care strategies

    + Coordinate services and create wellness plans

    + Identify at-risk individuals and provide early interventions

    + Educate and empower members using motivational interviewing

    + Collaborate with internal teams and community providers

    + Maintain accurate documentation in care management systems

    Requirements:

    + Must live in Kentucky and have reliable transportation (occasional community visits)

    + Bachelor’s or non-licensed Master’s in behavioral health or human services

    + 6+ months in foster care, juvenile justice, adoption assistance, trauma-informed care, or behavioral health

    + 2+ years in behavioral health, social services, psychology, or related field

    + 1+ year using MS Word and Excel

    + Flexible availability to meet member needs outside standard hours

    Preferred:

    + 3+ years in behavioral health or social services

    + Experience with Kentucky SKY populations and evidence-based practices
