**Schedule:** Sunday – Thursday | 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Position Summary

Adecco is seeking a **Forklift Operator** to support warehouse operations in Lakewood, NJ. This role is critical in maintaining smooth product flow from production lines to storage and distribution, while ensuring safety and inventory accuracy at every step.

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate a forklift safely to transport products throughout the facility

+ Load/unload products from Company transport vehicles

+ Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and loading dock

+ Participate in cycle counts and daily inventory activities

+ Verify load sheets to ensure proper equipment and products are assigned

+ Manage product ordering and assist with inventory control

+ Handle shipping and receiving tasks

+ Provide support to warehouse and production teams as needed

Required Qualifications

+ Must be **18 years or older**

+ **Forklift experience and valid certification** required

+ Valid and current **Driver’s License**

+ Ability to work safely in **all weather conditions**

+ Comfortable lifting up to **66 lbs**

+ Basic computer/data entry and math skills

+ Willingness to work flexible hours, extended shifts, and weekends as needed

+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Additional Details

+ **Dress Code & PPE:** Steel-toed boots and high-visibility clothing required. Slip-resistant footwear mandatory. No pockets or pins allowed in the work environment.

+ **Interview Process:** Manager review and interview required. Offers extended post-interview.

+ **Submittals:** No limit, but an average of 3 is typical.

**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
