Position Summary

Adecco is currently hiring an experienced **Forklift Operator** to support warehouse operations at Lakewood, NJ facility. This role involves safely handling and moving product, supporting shipping and receiving, and maintaining inventory and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate a forklift to transport products from the production line to designated areas

+ Load and unload Company transport vehicles

+ Keep warehouse and loading areas clean and organized

+ Participate in daily cycle counts and inventory tracking

+ Verify load sheets to ensure accurate equipment and product loading

+ Support shipping and receiving functions

+ Place product orders and assist with inventory management

+ Provide general support to warehouse and production teams as needed

Requirements

+ Must be **18 years or older**

+ **Forklift experience and valid certification required**

+ **Valid driver’s license required**

+ Comfortable working in all weather conditions

+ Must be able to safely lift up to **66 lbs**

+ Basic computer skills and math proficiency

+ Ability to work extended hours and weekends as required

+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

PPE & Dress Code

+ **Steel-toed boots** and **high-visibility clothing** required

+ Slip-resistant footwear mandatory

+ No pockets or pins allowed due to safety protocols

Interview Process

+ Manager review and **interview required**

+ Offers extended following a successful interview

**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
