    Position Summary

    Adecco is seeking an experienced **Forklift Operator** to support Somerset warehouse operations. This role involves safely operating forklifts to move product, support shipping/receiving, and help maintain accurate inventory and warehouse cleanliness.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate a forklift to move finished goods from production to storage

    + Load and unload Company trucks and transport vehicles

    + Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and dock area

    + Assist in daily cycle counts and inventory management

    + Verify load sheets to ensure accurate product and equipment distribution

    + Handle shipping and receiving duties

    + Order products and monitor inventory levels

    + Collaborate with production and warehouse teams as needed

    Requirements

    + Must be **18 years of age or older**

    + **Forklift experience and valid certification** required

    + **Valid driver’s license** required

    + Comfortable working in all weather conditions

    + Ability to lift up to **66 lbs safely**

    + Basic computer/data entry and math skills

    + Flexible availability for extended hours and weekend work

    + High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

    PPE & Dress Code

    + Steel-toed boots and **high-visibility clothing** required

    + Slip-resistant footwear mandatory

    + No pockets or pins permitted in the work environment

    Interview Process

    + **Manager review and interview required**

    + Offers extended following a successful interview

    **Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
