    Responsibilities for an Accounting Specialist – AP include but are not limited to:

    + Process supplier invoices in ERP system (SyteLine) and ensure timely vouchering for payment

    + Match invoices to receiving documents and resolve discrepancies to ensure proper 3-way match

    + Communicate with vendors, purchasing, and internal departments to resolve issues

    + Maintain accurate records, including electronic filing, account coding, and reconciliation of vendor statements

    Candidates for Accounting Specialist – AP must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + Associate’s degree in accounting preferred

    + Minimum two years of office experience, with at least one year in an accounting role

    + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

    + Experience using ERP systems (SyteLine preferred)

    + Strong attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and problem-solving skills

    + Pay: $18.50/hr

    + Shift: Hybrid model, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

    **Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
