    2nd Shift CNC Lathe Set Up Operator

    Responsibilities:

    + CNC Lathe set up/operator (Doosan Puma 2-axis slant bed CNC Lathe with Fanuc 18-T Control)

    + Perform first article inspections and correct any discrepancies.

    + Perform advanced set-up and fixturing of jobs.

    + Utilizes tools and measuring instruments including, but not limited to saw, shear, grinder, calipers, micrometer, calculator, and various other hand tools.

    + Read blueprints and inspect completed parts and related documentation.

    Requirements:

    + Strong communication and reading skills.

    + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience of CNC Lathe Set up

    + Ability to work from schematics and blueprints.

    + Ability to read and understand technical work instructions.

    + **Experience with Doosan Puma or Fanuc 18-T, Swiss Machine machines.**

    + Strong computer skills in Word and Excel

    + Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean experience a plus.

    Shifts Available:

    Shifts are available from **Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm with some overtime**

    **Pay Details:** $29.00 to $33.00 per hour
