    Olsten Staffing is assisting a client in Myrtle Beach, SC to find a Loan Sales Representative to join their team! Apply now if you meet the qualifications below!

     

    Responsibilities for this job include-

     

    Provide excellent service by building relationships and identifying customer financial needs

     

    Recommend appropriate loan products and services to meet customer expectations

     

    Interview customers professionally and with a results-driven attitude

     

    Originate new loans with new and existing customers

     

    Conduct assigned collection calls to arrange timely payments

     

    Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

     

    Ensure customer confidentiality and comply with all policies and regulations

     

    Participate in personal development and training

     

    Support branch and individual sales goals

     

    Qualifications for this job include-

     

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

     

    Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships

     

    Sales or customer service experience is a plus

     

    Organized, dependable, and motivated to meet performance goals

     

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced financial environment

     

    Reliable transportation and attendance

     

    Excellent computer skills

     

    High School Diploma or GED

     

    Able to pass drug screen, background and credit check

     

    This position will start at $14.00/hr. and schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00am-5:30pm (30 hours a week).

    **Pay Details:** $14.00 per hour
