    We’re currently hiring a **full-time LPN** for a direct hire role focused on patient-centered, preventative care in a collaborative, low-stress environment—with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

    Position Highlights:

    + **Schedule Options** :

    + 4x10s or 5x8s (rotating schedule)

    + Opening Shift: 15 minutes before facility opens

    + Closing Shift: Ends 1.5 hours after facility closes

    + **Facility Hours** :

    + Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    + Monday: Closed

    + Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    + Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    + Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    + Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    + Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    + **Weekend Rotation Required**

    + **Starting Pay** : $33+/hour (DOE)

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform patient intake and verify form accuracy

    + Record vital signs

    + Greet and engage patients warmly

    + Provide clear after-care instructions

    + Help foster a welcoming and comforting environment

    Requirements:

    + Active LPN or RN license in the State of Washington
