    **Location:** Plymouth, MA

    **Schedule:** 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

    **Salary:** $35-40 per hour, plus overtime as required

    Job Description:

    Are you passionate about HVAC systems and looking for a role where you can thrive? We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team in Plymouth, MA. In this role, you'll install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings. From installing new units to troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance, you'll ensure our HVAC systems operate at peak efficiency.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    + Install new HVAC units in various buildings and homes

    + Perform routine maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate effectively.

    + Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units as needed.

    + Maintain inventory of parts and order replacements as necessary.

    + Adhere to safety standards and company policies.

    Requirements:

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    + Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

    + Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.

    + Proficient with power and hand tools.

    + Ability to read and interpret manuals and blueprints.

    + Excellent mechanical and communication skills.

    + High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

    Education and Experience:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + Vocational/technical training or apprenticeship in HVAC.

    + Minimum two years of related experience preferred.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, and climbing ladders.

    + Willingness to work in varying weather conditions (heat, cold).
