Forklift Operator – 1st Shift

**Location:** Menomonee Falls, WI

**Shift:** 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

**Pay:** $16.00/hour

**Type:** Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced **Forklift Operator** for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity on **1st shift** . The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to load, unload, move, and stack products and materials in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Safely operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts (depending on client requirements)

+ Load and unload trucks, move materials to designated areas

+ Perform put-away, staging, and inventory movements

+ Follow safety protocols and contribute to a clean work environment

+ Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues

+ Accurately scan, label, and document materials when required

Requirements:

+ Previous forklift experience required (certification a plus)

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

+ Attention to detail and strong awareness of safety procedures

+ Punctual, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment

+ Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening

**Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
