**Adecco is assisting a client in Princeton, NJ in recruiting for a Temporary Data Entry Specialist.** This is a fully onsite position within a dynamic and fast-paced department focused on maintaining the integrity of student records. The assignment is expected to run through the end of August 2025.

About the Role:

As a Temporary Data Entry Specialist in the Resolution Services department, you will support the processing of student records by reviewing, verifying, and resolving discrepancies. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities:

+ Develop competency in assigned processes and program-specific subject matter.

+ Ensure timely and accurate processing in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.

+ Report any processing issues or production errors to management.

+ Suggest and support improvements to existing processes.

+ Review documentation and flag missing or additional materials.

+ Maintain professionalism and follow organizational policies and procedures.

+ Adhere to the work schedule and maintain reliable attendance.

Required Skills:

+ Strong investigative and analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general computer literacy.

+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.

+ High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
