    Responsibilities:

    + Performing mail services such as sorting, metering, and distributing packages

    + Managing copy, print, and scan jobs based on client instructions (must be tech-savvy!)

    + Acting as a receptionist, answering incoming calls and greeting guests professionally

    + Supporting hospitality and facilities services, maintaining conference rooms, kitchen areas, and assisting with small office moves

    Candidates for the Service Specialist role must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + High school diploma or GED

    + **At least 1 year of office services or receptionist experience, ideally in a law firm**

    + Strong communication skills and ability to multitask with attention to detail

    + Professional appearance and demeanor (business casual dress code, no jeans)

    + Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general computer systems

    + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., push/pull carts, and stand, walk, bend, or sit for extended periods

    + Must be flexible and available for occasional overtime

    **Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
