Job Description:
The Credit Manager will assess the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers based on credit data and reports. The role involves making recommendations on credit limits and terms, processing accounts receivable, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure alignment on credit policies.
Responsibilities:
+ Assess the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers based on credit data and credit reports.
+ Make recommendations on credit limits and terms for customers based on analysis.
+ Process accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and address overdue accounts promptly.
+ Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on credit policies and customer expectations.
+ Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts and credit profiles to mitigate risk.
+ Release jobs into production when credit terms have been approved.
Qualifications:
+ Associate's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
+ Experience in credit management or financial analysis
+ Strong negotiation skills with a focus on relationship building
+ Solid understanding of financial concepts and practices
+ Proficiency in financial software
+ Excellent mathematical skills for accurate financial analysis
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $41.00/hr.
