Position Summary:

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee procurement, production planning, inventory control, logistics, and supplier management. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products through the supply chain while maintaining cost-effectiveness and high service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.

+ Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance.

+ Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand and optimize capacity.

+ Monitor inventory levels and implement controls to minimize excess and obsolescence.

+ Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, engineering, and sales.

+ Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

+ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

+ 5+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

+ Proven leadership and team management skills.

+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

+ APICS or similar supply chain certification is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
