Job Title: Buyer (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 Months)

Pay Range:$30–$36/hr

Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday in-office, Friday remote

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Buyer to support procurement and planning operations in a fast-paced, FDA-regulated manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and has a strong background in supply chain, purchasing, and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Monitor, manage, and purchase materials to support end-to-end supply chain operations

+ Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to forecast demand and create purchasing schedules

+ Maintain ERP system accuracy (SAP preferred) and resolve PO/invoice discrepancies

+ Ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain optimal inventory levels

+ Support manufacturing, marketing, and new product initiatives

+ Address quality, pricing, and delivery issues with suppliers

Qualifications:

+ 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing (regulated industry preferred)

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

+ Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), Excel, and Power BI

+ Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma principles (Green/Black Belt a plus)

+ Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
