VCA Blum Animal Hospital** is growing, and we’re looking for a **Veterinary

**Technician** to join our team!

**Schedule:** Full-time with rotating Saturdays.

**Compensation:** $22 - $25 / hr. Pay range is determined by skill set and years of experience in the field.

As part of our Patient Care Team, you’ll play a key role in delivering top-notch care to our patients and outstanding service to our clients.

Your day-to-day will include:

+ Performing diagnostics (blood draws, cystocentesis, fecal exams, cytologies)

+ Placing IV catheters and administering medications via various routes

+ Monitoring anesthesia and assisting in surgical prep and recovery

+ Performing dental cleanings and dental radiographs

+ Supporting DVMs during exams and procedures

+ Educating clients and providing discharge instructions

+ Accurately recording patient notes in electronic medical records
