Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Job Description
As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing the Clear to Build (CTB) Status tracking for assigned programs. This position requires expertise in vendor management, part catalog management, and handling PO Placement Ticket Management for ad-hoc requests.
Responsibilities
+ Manage CTB Clear to Build Status tracking for assigned programs.
+ Oversee vendor management and facilitate vendor onboarding.
+ Conduct part catalog management.
+ Handle PO Placement Ticket Management for ad-hoc requests.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline or previous experience in a supply chain role.
+ Strong mathematical and logical problem-solving skills.
+ High proficiency in creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel.
+ analyst work or focus in higher education.
+ Conceptual understanding of systems and configuration management.
+ Ability to work in a sometimes ambiguous environment and seek guidance when needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with an ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Proficiency in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, inventory, and SAP.
Work Environment
This role is fully onsite in Seattle, providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. The role requires adherence to leadership principles such as ownership and bias for action.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
