    Job Description

    The Controller ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, cost control, and strategic financial planning within a manufacturing environment. This role oversees accounts receivable/payable, payroll, treasury, tax compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting, while also supporting HR functions such as benefits administration, onboarding, and personnel records management.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

    + Collaborate with production teams to monitor manufacturing costs and inventory valuation.

    + Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide insights to senior management.

    + Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

    + Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.

    + Develop and implement financial controls and procedures.

    + Support the commercial organization with product profitability assessments, pricing strategies, and backlog reviews.

    + Perform HR-related tasks, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee onboarding.

    Essential Skills

    + 5-10 years of experience of Financial Analyst or FP&A experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

    + Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.

    + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    + Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

    + Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
