**VCA Olathe Animal Hospital** is seeking a **Veterinary Assistant** to join our exceptional team!

**Schedule:** This is a full time, flexible position that would include some Saturdays. Our current hours are Monday - Friday 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Will consider part-time if preferred.

What You'll Do

As a member of VCA Olathe Animal Hospital, you will support the team by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. Skills that will be utilized may include, but are not limited to:

+ Client education and communication

+ Patient check-ins and assessment

+ Assisting DVM during outpatient appointments

+ Invoicing

+ Surgical preparation and assisting

+ Anesthesia monitoring

+ Radiology

+ Dentistry

+ Venipuncture, catheter placement

+ Laboratory work

+ Pharmacy duties, medication preparation and administration

+ Compassionate patient care

+ Housekeeping duties
