    We're seeking a Technical Program Manager to support the Corporate Director of IT in delivering high-impact technology initiatives across the organization. Acting as both an operational lead and technical strategist, this role oversees complex projects involving enterprise and proprietary systems, with a focus on integration, optimization, and alignment to the IT roadmap. Success in this role requires strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, systems design, and project execution—along with the ability to independently lead efforts in emerging areas like generative AI and automation. The Technical Program Manager works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, resolve technical challenges, and improve overall IT performance.

    What You’ll Do

    + Strategic Execution

    + Partner closely with the Director of IT to prioritize and manage cross-functional initiatives

    + Build business cases for new technologies and lead integration planning

    + Ensure alignment between technical projects and broader organizational goals

    + Enterprise Systems & Architecture

    + Lead optimization and integration efforts across ERP, CRM, and proprietary platforms

    + Coordinate discovery, solution design, and implementation with cross-functional teams

    + Identify system interdependencies and recommend improvements

    + Project Leadership

    + Manage technical projects from planning to delivery, including scope, timelines, and risks

    + Provide hands-on support with requirements gathering, configuration, and issue resolution

    + Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders

    + Innovation & Emerging Technology

    + Support generative AI exploration, including vendor evaluation and pilot programs

    + Monitor industry trends and identify scalable applications for emerging technologies

    + Operational Excellence

    + Improve IT processes, documentation, and internal workflows

    + Support onboarding, mentoring, and cross-team alignment

    + Maintain internal controls and support SOX/404 compliance as needed

    Position Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS

    To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     Education and Experience

    + 7+ years in IT, with experience leading technical projects and managing cross-functional initiatives

    + Demonstrated experience with enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, MDM) and custom-built systems

    + Proven ability to design and execute complex IT solutions across infrastructure, applications, and integrations

    + Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and problem-solving skills

    + Comfort operating with ambiguity, navigating uncharted areas, and defining “what good looks like”

    + Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

    + Solid grasp of modern tech stacks, databases, and cloud environments

    + Experience exploring generative AI or other cutting-edge technologies

    Preferred

    + Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps practices, or enterprise architecture frameworks

    + Project Management certification (PMP, Agile/Scrum) a plus, but not required if experience speaks louder

    + Prior experience acting as a technical liaison within an IT organization

     

    Work Authorization/Security Clearance

     

    Due to federal contract obligations, must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Serves as a coach and mentor for IT team.

    TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS

    This position will occasionally travel to both international and domestic

    Competently use Microsoft products, have knowledge of material planning system, and general computer skills.

    Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Possess the ability to identify problems, deal with them, and work towards a solution.

     

    Physical Demands *

     

    While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to pull handles and push buttons. Requirements may also include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include **close vision and distance vision.**
