    Job Title: Bilingual Front Desk Representative

    Job Description

    The bilingual representative will be stationed at the front desk, engaging with customers both over the phone and in person. This role involves providing customer order support and sharing product and business information. Acting as a business representative for the distribution channel, the position is key in delivering quality customer service and order support. Additionally, the representative will process orders using Oracle and manage dealer orders and requests.

    Responsibilities

    + Answer customer questions on the phone and in person.

    + Provide customer order support and product/business information.

    + Act as a business representative for the distribution channel.

    + Process orders using Oracle.

    + Review dealer orders and system-generated acknowledgements.

    + Communicate professionally with customers regarding product and business issues.

    + Support the order fulfillment process by collaborating with sales representatives and product personnel.

    + Maintain pricing and generate sales reports.

    Essential Skills

    + Must be Bilingual in Spanish.

    + Customer service experience.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.

    + Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations.

    + Experience in inside sales and order processing.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in the manufacturing industry.

    + Knowledge of invoice processing, logistics, and distribution.

    + Understanding of inventory control and cycle counts.

    + Ability to navigate and learn new software easily.

    + Attention to detail and basic math skills.

    Work Environment

    This position is located in the office adjacent to the warehouse, working closely by the front counter with a small team of 2-3 members. The work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a dress code of business casual. The environment is supportive and offers growth opportunities within a national company, along with promotions and competitions to encourage sales.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
