    We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in a Contract-to-Hire capacity. This position is ideal for individuals with 2 or more years of accounts payable experience who are looking to advance their accounting career. The long-term vision for this role includes a promotion to an accounting position within 1-2 years.

    Responsibilities

    + Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.

    + Handle invoice processing and ensure timely payments.

    + Perform purchase order and general ledger tasks.

    + Assist with month-end closing activities.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping and/or accounts payable experience.

    + Proficiency in systems such as IFS Cloud.

    + Strong understanding of accounts payable processes.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with 3-way match processes.

    + Proficiency in Excel.

    + Familiarity with general accounting principles.

    Work Environment

    The work environment includes a beautiful new facility with a fully stocked cafeteria offering drinks and snacks, a food truck available on-site two days per week, and free access to an on-site gym. Employees are required to work on-site two days per week, allowing for a hybrid work model. Each employee will have their own office space and be provided with a laptop and screen for remote work.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
