    Overview

     

    We’re seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven B2B Collections Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing receivables, resolving account discrepancies, and fostering strong client relationships to ensure timely payments and minimize bad debt.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Monitor and manage a portfolio of business customer accounts to ensure timely collections.

    + Contact clients via phone and email to follow up on outstanding invoices.

    + Resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments.

    + Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and payment arrangements.

    + Generate aging reports and escalate delinquent accounts per company policy.

    + Assist with month-end close processes related to receivables.

    + Build and maintain professional relationships with key business clients.

    Qualifications

    + 2+ years of B2B collections or accounts receivable experience.

    + Strong communication and negotiation skills.

    + Familiarity with ERP systems and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs preferred).

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
