    We are seeking a sharp and resourceful contract sourcer to help supercharge our recruiting efforts for a 6-month contract position. This role is hybrid, requiring office presence three days a week from Tuesday to Thursday. As a Sales Sourcer, you will focus on identifying and engaging top-tier talent for technical sales roles, primarily Account Executives and Account Managers, with the opportunity to also support sourcing for roles like Solutions Engineers and Solutions Architects. You will build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across the developer tools, SaaS, and enterprise sales landscape using creative search strategies and personalized outreach.

    Responsibilities

    + Identify and engage top-tier talent for technical sales roles, primarily Account Executives and Account Managers.

    + Support sourcing for roles such as Solutions Engineers and Solutions Architects.

    + Build and maintain high-quality pipelines across developer tools, SaaS, and enterprise sales landscape.

    + Utilize creative search strategies and personalized outreach to cut through the noise.

    + Deliver vetted, engaged candidate profiles that match hiring standards.

    + Collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure efficient candidate processing.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 1-2 years of sourcing experience at a high-growth, SaaS environment.

    + Proven experience sourcing for technical sales Account Executives and Account Managers.

    + Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

    + Strong skills in compelling candidate engagement and outreach.

    + Familiarity with full cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, and applicant tracking systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience sourcing for a variety of corporate functions and technical roles.

    Work Environment

    This is a hybrid role requiring presence in the office three days a week from Tuesday to Thursday. The work environment is fast-paced, high-growth, and high-urgency, ideal for someone who is quick, curious, and thrives under pressure.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
