Job Description
This role serves as a foundational, onsite support position ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on tasks and ensuring operations run smoothly behind the scenes. The position focuses on crucial daily activities that contribute to the overall functionality of the workplace.
Responsibilities
+ Manage incoming and outgoing mail
+ Restock shared supplies
+ Support basic office organization
+ Assist with occasional logistics for meetings or small events
+ Respond to day-to-day requests for general administrative support

Work Environment
+ This is a part-time position with working days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, totaling 20-24 hours per week.
+ On rare occasions, you may be asked to work on Monday or Friday for special events. The role is based onsite at the Tampa ACC. Working hours are from 8:00 to 4:30, with some flexibility around start and end times that can be discussed.
+ This is a 6-month engagement with a possibility for extension.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
