The Project Manager works under the direction of the President, SMG and is responsible for the successful planning, managing, and execution of key organizational initiatives. Interfaces with Signature Healthcare (SHC) Leadership and stakeholders to understand and solve complex business and operational challenges. Projects may impact multiple functions across SHC. Budget responsibilities are based on project requirements. Project Manager will typically be involved in time limited projects with defined deliverables and expectations. Included in this category may be, preparing a new office site, launching a new service like bariatric surgery, process improvement projects involving phone systems or registration, performing research and developing presentations around key strategic objectives. May also be involved in more longitudinal projects that require ongoing oversight such as patient satisfaction and quality improvement initiatives. Bachelor’s Degree preferred with at least 5 years project management experience; MBA desirable
