    Actalent is hiring several engineers for a Defense company located around Syracuse, NY. Position offers full time benefits, pto, etc. This is an onsite job but the schedule is flexible.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct all-source intelligence research and engineering analysis of electronic systems

    + Develop and maintain EW system models

    + Analyze radar, communications, navigation, and weapon systems

    + Support mission data generation and operational feedback resolution

    + Collaborate with DoD and IC partners on next-gen EW and IMD challenges

    Qualifications:

    + Experience with EWIRDB and related military/intelligence databases

    + Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or similar tools

    + Experience in radar or EW signal processing or antenna design

    + Military or IC experience

    Additional "Nice to Haves":

    + Simulation, simulation and modeling software, radar, antenna, system analysis, electronic warfare, naval systems, requirements analysis, navigation, engineering analysis, intelligence operations

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $90.00/hr.
