Area Specialist in the Woodbridge, NJ area. This position offers a pay rate of $24.00/hr - with weekly pay with benefits and PTO.

This is a client dedicated position and reports directly to the Regional Manager. The area specialist is responsible and for the inspections, training, investigations, CCTV review for one client at multiple locations throughout NJ.

Requirements:

+ Valid NJ SORA security guard license.

+ High school diploma or equivalent required; additional security or leadership training a plus.

+ 2+ years of experience in security.

+ Strong observation and communication skills.

+ Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure

+ Basic computer skills and ability to write clear reports.

+ Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening and possess a clean driving record.

+ Must have a valid driver's license

+ Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and work indoors/outdoors as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPR/First Aid certification.

• Experience with security for trucking and logistics companies.

• Military or law enforcement background.

Schedule:

+ Fridays through Tuesday from 7:00am to 15:00pm

Pay: $24.00/hr

An Area Specialist may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders/SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
