Job Title: Analysis Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Analysis Engineer who excels in finite element modeling and analysis, particularly using FEMAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in composites, with proficiency in Python for automation and data processing. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment and can contribute immediately to reducing a significant backlog of non-conformances over a 6-month period.

Responsibilities

+ Perform finite element modeling and analysis using FEMAP.

+ Utilize Python for automation and data processing tasks.

+ Provide production support with a focus on non-conformance resolution.

+ Apply materials knowledge in composites to support production processes.

+ Adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and contribute to operational efficiency.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in FEMAP for finite element modeling and analysis.

+ Experience with Python for automation and data processing.

+ Strong background in composites, including materials knowledge and production support.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in manufacturing with hands-on involvement.

+ Knowledge of stress analysis, thermal analysis, and GD&T.

+ Understanding of aerospace engineering principles.

+ Experience in structural analysis and mechanical engineering.

Work Environment

The position is onsite at a facility in Trinity, Decatur, Alabama. The work environment is fast-paced and requires adaptability to constant changes. Dress code is professional and appropriate for a manufacturing setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $52.00/hr.
