Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Business Planning and Innovation Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated senior analyst of business process and technology.
The primary responsibility of this role is to architect and lead the business operations, process, and technology integration for R&D’s job contracting operations.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the person in this role will support the Business Planning and Innovation department's objective to provide accurate, efficient, and reliable processes and digital tools for R&D’s business operations and management.
What you’ll be doing
+ Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional business and technical requirements gathering, process design, improvement, and technology initiatives.
+ Lead integration and operation between Time & Projects and PRISM systems with SAP, Workday, Sailpoint, MyTime, Ariba, ChromeRiver, and TMC systems via API and other methods.
+ Develop digital tools and operations management solutions that meet R&D business needs in collaboration with R&D customers and enterprise partners including IT and Accounting & Finance.
+ Leads and supports efforts to improve related data quality, business operations, process optimization, operations strategy, planning, and stakeholder collaboration
+ Provide executive-quality presentations utilizing complex data to support points of view and proposals.
+ Manage JRN contracting processes, data, and tools, ensuring compliance with company policies.
+ Ensure accuracy and timeliness of operations data; collaborate with finance, IT, TMC, and other stakeholder teams to reconcile discrepancies.
What you bring
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
+ Minimum of 8 years of related industry experience, ideally in a job contracting or consulting business operation.
+ 5 years of Toyota experience either as TM or contract.
+ Proven skills in Microsoft suite, including Word (template and document preparation), PowerPoint (presentation preparation), Excel (graphs, formulas, pivot tables), Visio (process flow charts), Teams, Power BI, and OneNote.
+ Knowledge of IT system and software design principles.
+ Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
+ Experience writing Python, VBA scripts and SQL queries.
+ Proven ability to effectively communicate with various departments and job levels, including TMC.
+ Proficiency in SAP systems, Workday, Sailpoint, MyTime, JIRA.
+ Understanding of accounting & finance.
+ Good interpersonal skills, including networking with others and working with various levels of the organization effectively.
+ Verbal and written communication.
+ Clear and concise presentation skills, both written and verbal, with consideration to international audiences.
+ Domestic and international travel up to 10%, if necessary.
+ Willing to work overtime up to 10% - if necessary.

+ Demonstrated experience in JKK and TBP.
+ Experience with Time & Projects, PRISM, and TMC systems.
+ Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) certified.
