    Job Title: Field Coordinator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a diligent Field Coordinator to assist in the development of construction bid packages, oversee construction contractors, and coordinate with the inspection department. The Field Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing construction-related RFI's and conducting PSSR, ensuring seamless project execution.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist with the development of construction bid packages, bid walks, and the evaluation of contractor bids.

    + Oversee the work of construction contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.

    + Assist construction contractors with obtaining work permits as required.

    + Coordinate activities with the inspection department to ensure quality and safety standards.

    + Manage construction-related Requests for Information (RFI’s).

    + Conduct Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR) to verify project readiness.

    + Verify and manage contractors’ change orders for accuracy and compliance.

    + Review and approve contractors’ entries in the Track system.

    + Collect and review project turnover documentation from contractors.

    + Assist in the engineering of as-built plans.

    + Supervise the daily work and performance of construction coordinators.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in construction and mechanical coordination.

    + Experience with bid packages in a field coordinator capacity.

    + Familiarity with the petrochemical industry.

    + Experience as a Capital Expenditure (Cap Ex) Field Coordinator.

    Work Environment

    + The position involves working in a dynamic construction setting, coordinating with various departments and contractors to ensure successful project execution. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
