    Job Title: Data Reporting Analyst

    Contract Duration: 12-months

    Pay Rate: $31.00-32.41/hr

     

    System One is actively recruiting for a Marketing Analyst for a long-term contract position working a hybrid schedule located in Denver, CO.

     

    This position focuses on data reporting, dashboard creation, intake management, and analytics to support internal business operations and contractor performance tracking. Ideal candidates will have strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, along with a collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-evolving environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Pull, organize, and analyze data from platforms including Salesforce CRM and others.

    + Manage and respond to reporting requests submitted through intake forms.

    + Partner with internal stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.

    + Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and/or Salesforce Einstein Analytics.

    + Present data in visual and easily understood formats for leadership teams.

    + Collaborate closely with teammates across 5 internal departments and external contractor contacts when needed.

    + Adapt to additional reporting/analytics duties as the role evolves.

    Qualifications

    Must-Have Skills:

    + 2–6 years of experience in marketing, data analytics, or business analysis roles.

    + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charting, formatting).

    + Experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboarding.

    + Strong attention to detail, communication, and customer service mindset.

    + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Einstein Analytics.

    + Familiarity with the utility or energy industry.

    + Business or Marketing degree.

    + Ability to present data insights using PowerPoint and engage with leadership.
