We’re seeking a skilled Senior Chemist with strong technical expertise and a passion for material formulation and product development. If you love pushing boundaries, mentoring others, and solving challenging problems—this is for you.

What You’ll Do:

+ Spearhead research and development of new products and processes

+ Lead experimentation and formulation of innovative, cost-efficient materials

+ Troubleshoot and resolve product issues with analytical insight

+ Train and guide junior chemists and lab technicians

+ Investigate customer complaints and provide technical support

Details:

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday first shift

+ Salary: $75K–$90K based on skills and experience

+ Experience Needed: 7–10 years of R&D formulation with chemical manufacturing environment(coatings, paints, cosmetics, adhesives)

+ Education: Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $42.00/hr.
